 Jen Voshell is a veteran executive who has an innate ability to enhance customer relationships, provide memorable experiences and increase revenues resulting in significant profit. She has extensive knowledge and experience with strategic planning, team analysis, business development, hospitality contracting and marketing.   She is known for her extraordinary ability to collaborate, connect like-minded individuals and produce results.  To Jen, accountability for one's actions is imperative for growth and every success or opportunity is a chance for a positive learning experience. 

Over the last 27 years, Jen has focused on all aspects of hospitality management, sales & marketing and finding creative ways to build new relationships and strengthen partnerships with the majority of her tenure with Universal Orlando Resort and Loews Hotels.  She has extensive experience providing guidance to individual professionals, trade associations, professional societies, non-profits and for the private for-profit sector.  She believes that transparent communication is the key to every successful relationship and has repeatedly excelled in her leadership roles.  

During her career, Jen has been actively involved with the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), Association Management Companies Institute (AMCI), Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and the Association of Meeting Professionals (AMPs).
